What organ is the heart

Dil insan ke jisam ka aik aham aur zaroori hissa hai. Yeh jism mein blood ko pump karta hai aur har ek cell tak pohnchata hai. Dil insan ke jisam ka aik aisa organ hai jo har waqt kaam karta rehta hai aur insan ki zindagi ka Rank-e-Amar qaim rakhne mein madad karta hai.

Dil insan ke jisam ka aik muscle hai jo chota sa gola (spleen) ki sorat mein hota hai. Iske andar 4 compartments hote hain jinhe chambers kehte hain – do upper chambers ko atria kehte hain aur do lower chambers ko ventricles kehte hain. Atria aur ventricles ke darmiyan wall ko septum kehte hain.

Dil ki khoon ki supply ke liye ek khoobsurat network banaya gaya hai, jise coronary arteries kehte hain. Yeh arteries dil ke andar chali jati hain aur har ek chamber ko blood se provide karte hain.

Dil ke har chamber ke andar valves hoti hain jo blood ki flow ko regulate karte hain. In valves ki madad se blood ke andar se dil mein dakhil hone wale oxygen-rich blood aur dil se nikalne wale oxygen-poor blood ko alag alag chambers mein bheja jata hai.

Dil ka kaam blood ko dil ki right side mein oxygen-poor banane aur left side mein oxygen-rich banana hota hai. Dil right atrium se oxygen-poor blood ko apne right ventricle mein bhejta hai aur phir yeh blood lungs tak jata hai jahan se oxygen lekar wapas dil ke left side mein chala jata hai. Left side ke ventricle se  blood oxygen-rich ho kar aage chalta hai aur pure jisam mein pohnchta hai.

Dil ki kharabi se insan ki zindagi mein bohat bari mushkilat paida ho sakti hain. Dil ki Diseases mein coronary artery disease, heart attack, arrhythmia, heart failure, aur dil ka badhna shamil hain.

Dil jism ke liye bohat zarori hai aur iski protection ko barqarar rakhna bohat zarori hai. Achi zindagi spend ke liye apni health ka khayal rakhna zarori hai aur dil ki health ka bhi khas khayal rakhna chahiye.

Insan ki health ka khayal rakhna dil ki health ka khayal rakhne se start hota hai. Dil ki health ko intact rakhne ke liye kuch aham cheezen shamil hain, jinhe yad rakhte hue hum apni zindagi ko behtar bana sakte hain. In mein se kuch aham cheezen yahan darj ki jati hain.

Sehatmand khanay dil ki health ke liye bohat zarori hain. Is tarah ke khanon mein vitamins, minerals, antioxidants aur fiber shamil hota hai jo dil ke liye achi hota hai. Yeh khanay dil ki Diseases se bachne mein madad karte hain.

Exercise:

Regular exercise dil ki sehat ke liye bohat zarori hai. Exercise karne se dil ki muscles ko strengthen hone aur blood ki circulation behtar hone ki madad milti hai.

Avoiding Stress:

Stress dil ki health ke liye bohat bura hota hai. Isliye stress se bachna aur stress management techniques istemal karna zarori hai.

Smoking and alcohol :

Smoking aur alcohol dil ke liye bohat bura hota hai. Isliye in cheezon se bachna zarori hai.alcohol aik moozi naraz maraz hai jisse bachana chai aur smoking se bhi bachana chai.
